Personal Details

Dr. Tai received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship training in health outcomes research and a teaching certificate program at Western University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy, USA. Dr. Tai is a registered pharmacist in Hong Kong and California (USA), BPS Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP), and NBRC Asthma Educator Specialist (AE-C). Dr. Tai has years of experience in teaching health professional students across disciplines at different academic levels, and he also serves as a journal reviewer for more than 20 international peer-reviewed journals including BMC Geriatrics and International Journal of Health Policy and Management.

Dr Tai’s areas of interest include the impact of pharmacists and health outcomes research in the geriatric population.
