隨著年紀增長，骨質流失會逐漸比製造的速度快。當骨質流失過多時便會令骨頭變得脆弱，增加骨折風險，引起「骨質疏鬆症」。除了年紀因素，飲食不均衡、吸煙及部份長期藥物的副作用亦會增加引致「骨質疏鬆症」的風險。是次講座請來註冊藥劑師為大家講解骨質疏鬆症的治療及相關藥物，詳情如下：
With the increase in age, bone loss will become greater and osteoporosis may happen due to lower than normal peak bone mass and greater than normal bone loss, which will increase the risk of a broken bone. Apart from age, improper diet, smoking and certain medication can also increase the risk of osteoporosis. In this talk, we have invited a registered pharmacist to introduce the symptoms, treatment and medication of osteoporosis. Details are as follows:

活動內容

費用 : 免費參與，參加者須攜帶日常需要服用的藥物及藥袋到現場，以助填寫於「病人藥物紀錄冊」內。

| 10:30AM – 11:30AM | 藥物安全知識系列之「病人藥物記錄冊」體驗計劃 會員將分成五組(每組四人)。藥劑師將依據組別的先後次序獨立面見各會員，學生會從旁協助藥劑師並根據會員日常需要服用的藥物，填寫在由藥劑學院提供的「病人藥物紀錄冊」內，以幫助會員整合及紀錄他們服用不同藥物之劑型、服用數量及時間、開始或停藥日期及注意事項等。*每組獨立面見時間12分鐘，五組共60分鐘。*會員須要帶備日常需要服用的藥物，以作參考之用。 |
