    Lunch Symposium: A Day 1 lunch symposium will be offered to day 1, day 1 & 2, special and full registrants. Please indicate on the registration form if you will be attending.

    Confirmation of Registration
    Successful applicants will be informed and will receive a registration kit approximately 2 weeks before the conference. If the registration form with the payment is sent after 9 January 2010, your registration kit will be arranged as on-site pick up.

    The conference will be held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre,
    Rm N 201-212, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong, China

    On-site Registration Schedule
    Registration for confirmed applicants will begin on Saturday, 23rd January, 2010 at the conference venue. The schedule is as follows:
    Saturday, 23rd January, 2010 1:00pm ¡V 2:30pm
    Sunday, 24th January, 20108:00am ¡V 9:00am

    Receipt and Certificate of Attendance
    Receipt and a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all eligible participants at the conference site.
     
    C.E. Credits
    Participants will be able to earn C.E. credits at this conference.
    One-day conference ¡V 6 C.E. credits
    Two-day conference ¡V 10 C.E. credits
     
    Cancellation
    Cancellation of registration with full refund will only be accepted with written notice received before 1st December, 2009. After this date, no reimbursement of registration will be processed. Written notice should be sent to ¡§Hong Kong Pharmacy Conference 2010, PO Box 90155, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong¡¨. Registration is not transferable.
