| Complete the online registration, then mail the following documents to the School of Pharmacy within 5 working days: | |
| 1. A copy of HK identity card | |
| 2. A copy of Bachelor of Pharmacy graduation certificate | |
| 3. A separate crossed cheque payable to 'The Chinese University of Hong Kong' for each course you are applying for. | |
