Graduation Requirement |
Students must fulfil all of the following criteria to be granted a Certificate of Completion:
Candidates who have been successfully granted a Certificate of Completion for this course and PHAR5733 Certificate Course in Clinical Pharmacy Skills: Drug Therapy & Patient Assessment will be eligible for a waiver to the course PHAR 5880 Drug Therapy Assessment and Drug information should they decide to pursue the Master of Clinical Pharmacy Programme organized by the School of Pharmacy, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in the future. The waiver is valid for 5 academic years subsequent to the candidate's completion of PHAR5732 & PHAR5733, whichever comes earlier. |
