Certificate Courses in Pharmacotherapy
Application deadline
  • Application deadline: 15 Aug for Fall term courses and 31 Oct for Spring term courses each year unless otherwise notified.
  • Applications received after deadline will only be considered if vacancy allowed.
Application procedure
Complete the online registration, then mail the following documents to the School of Pharmacy within 5 working days:
1. A copy of HK identity card
2. A copy of Bachelor of Pharmacy graduation certificate
3. A separate crossed cheque payable to 'The Chinese University of Hong Kong' for each course you are applying for.

After submission of online registration, you should receive a confirmation email for each course applied. If not, please feel free to contact us for assisstance.
